Historical purchase problems
Updating my review for the most recent update of the app. I now have access to historical purchased issues, but I cant tell which are issues Ive bought and which are issues that are just for sale. Even a tiny icon on the "editions" screen would be helpful.
UPDATE: I somehow managed to update the app so that I have my historical purchases. I think I uninstalled and re-installed the app and then restarted my iPad and it was ok. Now Im looking at the newest issue and the words are fuzzy and hard to read.
Im having a similar issue as other reviewers. I cant download the issues I had before upgrading my iPad to the new iPad 3. Also, I just tried to DL the most recent issue and it says that its in the download queue. Im not downloading anything else though. Pretty shoddy that theres no in-app support and the "app support" button on iTunes sends you to the subscription help. I dont have a subscription. One way to convince me to get a subscription would be to make customer support a priority. PRO TIP: having the email for the support staff below the fold in the product description on iTunes where I cant copy it is NOT making customer support a priority.
