Worst App Ever!

App was working appropriately until they decided to "update" and improve their interface with IOS which completely messed up the app up so that its totally unusable. Similarly to what others have written, I cannot login because it simply doesnt recognize my email address even though when I go to the website via Google it pulls me up right away via email and tells me that my subscription is good through 2017!

So then I then called the New York office. After 22 attempts to get through, I reached somebody who gave me a telephone number for a technical support person. I left a message. He never called me back! This is totally inexcusable service!

VK is a terrific magazine, but when a website is this poor, why promote it to customers if you arent going to be supportive to those who pay for your services???
