Buy the Paper Magazine. This app is a headache.

I bought this app last year, excited to have my knitting magazine with me. Right away it crashed, then crashed some more. Cant get help because theres no direct link to any help built into the app. I had a years subscription and it started telling me I had to buy issues I had already subscribed to. It lost my downloads forcing me to download everything again, then froze.

Also it automatically set my subscript up for a yearly renewal and then told me I could change that once I went into my account. Do you think I could get into my account to cancel the subscription? No, it doesnt recognize my info. And then theres no way to retrieve your username or password.

A year later I tried to cancel the renewal without any luck. Updates have been done to the app but still no way to retrieve user name, password or get help. I have sent numerous emails this last week to Vogue to two different sites and it keeps taking me back to the magazine website. Of course it doesnt recognize anything because I dont have a subscription to the paper magazine.

I have had it. If I dont get some help soon Im lodging a major complaint with iTunes and asking for my money back. This is ridiculous in this day and age to design an app that is so difficult to use for the simplest things. It feels like a Vogue Knitting conspiracy to keep subscribers against their will.

Now I know why so many people rate this app as "hate it". Ive added myself to the list even though I waited a year to see if anything would get fixed on it. Useless.
