Can no longer use this on my iPhone. If this was due to an upgrade (iPad only) Id call this a downgrade. Previously I would have given this 4-5 stars.

All of my downloads disappeared and told I reached the maximum number of devices when I attempted to download again, THEN told that my subscription doesnt exist when I contacted technical support. Run from this app.

This app is frustrating. Will not open. Thats why I hesitate to get apps but thought I would try. Since I can no longer open this app will I get my money back on my purchases.

This app has many problems, constantly crashing causing either reloads or reinstalls. Once you do get it to work, they do not offer any previews of mags to see if they are worth purchasing. The cover does not provide enough detail to see what youre getting.

I loved this app until the latest update. Now, as others have said, it has been broken for more than a month, and so far nothing has been done to fix it.

I had to give it at least one star to write about the crashing problem. Cant access any issue. Sent email to website, have yet to hear from them. Huge disappointment.

Like the other users after the latest update the app wouldnt open. Upon uninstalling and reinstalling, no more problems. All purchases correctly restored!

I was having the same problem with the app crashing after the last update. But I checked in here to see if anyone had a solution and saw that someone said an uninstall/reinstall had worked for them, so I tried it. It worked for me as well. Now to review the app. Its not bad, but its really just an electronic view of the magazine with links, as far as I can tell. They havent moved away from the print paradigm and really into the e-magazine format, the way some magazines, such as Bon Appetit, as an example, have. So theyre not taking advantage of most of the features that the e-mag format makes available to them. But its a magazine I really like, so Im happy to have it in a format that doesnt collect dust and that I can call up and look at when I want to, so Im happy with it. Particularly now that it works again.

2nd time reviewing this app since last year. Same issues that everyone is discussing. I keep hoping that the problems would be fixed because I love the magazine. Dont waste your money.

Latest update crushes on open command. No way to remove it to reinstall because the icon disappeared from Newsstand all together. There is no way to print from the app, which is very uncomfortable if you actually use it for knitting and want to put your notes on the pattern. No preview for unpurchased magazines. Thanks to Raverly, I could preview them there. It would be a good enhancement if there would be a way to buy individual patterns.

I would to put my digital issues on my Kindle, where I keep all my knitting patterns. I realize there are bells and whistles that would translate, but they are still just pdf files

I have a print subscription to the magazine, which should allow me to download the magazine via the app. Unfortunately, it doesnt. Multiple tries to re-register on the website and conversations with customer service led nowhere. If you have a print subscription, this app probably wont work for you.

This a piece of crap. You cant view the patterns and of you email them they come out cryptic. Big waste of money.

Best one I have. I subscribe to several knitting emags and this is the only one I dont have problems with.

Even on the full size iPad the pattern details are hard to view. So, I thought I’ll print this pattern to make it easier to follow. Nope, when you email it the quality is so poor you cannot see the pattern and even the text is very fuzzy. Now I use the iPad Mini so it is even harder to read.

What happened? I use this app constantly and now I cant find it anymore. Says its unavailable . Booooo

Updating my review for the most recent update of the app. I now have access to historical purchased issues, but I cant tell which are issues Ive bought and which are issues that are just for sale. Even a tiny icon on the "editions" screen would be helpful. UPDATE: I somehow managed to update the app so that I have my historical purchases. I think I uninstalled and re-installed the app and then restarted my iPad and it was ok. Now Im looking at the newest issue and the words are fuzzy and hard to read. Im having a similar issue as other reviewers. I cant download the issues I had before upgrading my iPad to the new iPad 3. Also, I just tried to DL the most recent issue and it says that its in the download queue. Im not downloading anything else though. Pretty shoddy that theres no in-app support and the "app support" button on iTunes sends you to the subscription help. I dont have a subscription. One way to convince me to get a subscription would be to make customer support a priority. PRO TIP: having the email for the support staff below the fold in the product description on iTunes where I cant copy it is NOT making customer support a priority.

I dont know what is wrong with this app, I am not able to access my purchases. Help please! Nothing is working

App wont open. I own a subscription cant see my library or any new issues. Please fix

I am so angry. I cannot open any of my editions. There is absolutely no way to contact support for this app. It was working fine and now it isnt. I deleted it and reinstalled it and restored my purchases and it still wont work. I would give them a zero rating if it is possible. Dont waste your money on this app.
